Here how a team leader should act and deal any crisis or conflicts among team members and achieve goals at the same time. In this article, authors discussed about several characteristics a team leader should possess so that he can motivate and guide members of the team towards success. for instance participation or participative leadership where leaders will invite other members in discussing and making plans and also in making decisions. Leaders will have influence on behaviour of team members. Consideration is another feature a leader should have while leading team members in a friendly way, by showing his interest in their work and also giving respect for the work they had done.  Leaders will definitely try to implement goals for members of the team and employees will complete assigned tasks by following rules. Further leaders will assign activities and give them necessary guidance in achieving objectives. They will also set schedules for the work to be carried out and by following rules and procedures set by organization at the same time maintaining performance. We can conclude that leaders should have these characteristics so that they can guide employees in achieving objectives of the company (Sarin, O’Connor, 2009). Charismatic leadership: A charismatic leader often inspires and attracts followers to do as they wish. I worked under such leadership and increased my skills and knowledge which is beneficial to my career. A charismatic leader will be persuasive and charm other members to follow him. He should have good communication skills so that he can motivate employees when they are facing problems and they should be able to communicate with everyone on the team. They also should listen to concerns of team members and if they are facing any trouble they will gain the attention of management in order to solve them. They inspire other through their past experiences and knowledge rather than empty showmanship. These leaders will give all attention to people who are talking without getting distracted. People who follow this leadership will always try to invent them and always create a good image since they have influence on lot of people. In whatever they do they will be easily distinguished hence gain attention from others. By observing characteristics of charismatic leaders, they will definitely will finish projects they are given without any delays (Roberts, 2017). • Ask a probing question, substantiated with additional background information, research from academically reviewed journal articles. • Share an insight from having read your colleagues’ postings, synthesizing the information to provide new perspectives. • Offer and support an alternative perspective using readings from the classroom or from your own research in the Campbellsville University Library • Validate an idea with your own experience and additional research. • Make suggestions based on additional evidence drawn from readings or after synthesizing multiple postings. • Expand on your colleagues’ postings by providing additional insights or contrasting perspectives based on readings and evidence.
