So there will always be a need for change, general plan steps, and then itemize to create an environment respect and psychological safety with.  The two strategies that stand out to me in ts chapter that I would use to create respect and psychological safety are emotional bonding and stretch goals. I feel these are very important to change. Having respect and psychological safety is very important. The first strategy I will use to make change in my environment is emotional bond.
