(60) ~  Student mostly followed the guidelines for the assignment, met or did not meet the word count requirement, answered the questions for the assignment in a basic manner, and did not show a clear understanding of the assignment.  Student replied to 1 or no posts and word count was less than 400 words. (40) ~ Student did not complete the requirements of the discussion, used lots of contractions; did not reply to other posts; word count was less than 300 words.
