You may upload up to four files. One should be a text file that has (1) your identifying info, (2) a short description of your project (e.g., “My project is a You Tube video of MC Hammer singing “You Can’t Touch This”), (3) an explanation of how the project relates to some text that we’ve read (e.g., MC Hammer’s song reminded me of the Apology where Socrates says that a good man can’t be harmed. Socrates thinks nothing Meletus does can harm or “touch” him.” (4) is the project itself. In this case this would just be the link to the video. Instead of the one text file you may simply type all the information directly on iLearn. The other three files should be plenty to accommodate your media files (movie files, digital photos, scans, mp3 files, etc.). Each upload file can be a maximum of 50MB. Most Gatos’ creative projects are all contained in file because everything is typed in a document file which contains, for example, their haiku or poem or url link to something online. In this case everything could easily fit on *half* a sheet of paper. These projects will be shared with the class and you will not be presenting them to the class. Every one who submits a project receives the full credit of 20 points. So take this opportunity to grab 20 points. Submit all creative projets on iLearn. (The same goes for all other coursework. Everything goes on iLearn.)
